Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen method.
Once your order ships, we’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages — but we’ll always help if something goes wrong.
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — logos, product designs, mascot characters, and branding — belongs to Bone.
Please don’t steal our stuff. It makes our skeleton cry. ☠️
