We ship your dog’s goodies fast — because wagging shouldn’t wait. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get Bone products to your doorstep.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

🌎 Shipping Options & Times

U.S. Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary based on destination

  • Customs fees or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer

We currently ship to most countries. If we don’t ship to yours, you’ll be notified at checkout.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method

  • Free shipping may be available on select promotions or order minimums

❗ Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged upon arrival
